Iceland volcano and its impact on the Gulf Region

Nowadays, the whole World is living with anxiety of the Iceland volcano and its effects beyond with the serious repercussions on the global economy and the aviation sector in particular, The Forecasting and Analysis office - Meteorology Department has reported that they do not know how long the volcano will continue erupting which maintained its strong activities in throwing of lava accompanied by volcanic ashes.

Second Meeting For Quality Team Of Meteorology Services

Under the umbrella of the League of Arab States " Permanent Arab Committee for Meteorological affairs", and Under The Patronage of  HE Mr. / Abdul Aziz Mohammed Al Noaimi, Chairman of Qatar Civil Aviation Authority , Qatar hosted the second meeting of "The Quality of Meteorology Services " in Doha in January 12 to 14, 2010.
