It gives us, the civil Aviation Authority immense pride that one of our departments, is taking a leading role among other Arab and international meteorological Services, in actively interacting with the esteemed public of the state of Qatar , and with the different Industrial and governmental sectors.
A few years ago a technical cooperation agreement was signed between the civil aviation Authority and meteo France international, It incorporates the modernization of the infrastructure of the meteorological Department , implementing training programs , updating equipment and it's systems , performing bilateral studies and providing support to the department of meteorology to resond to the public and to the industry.
The budget of this project set at 32 Million Qatari Riyals, is worth a mention as it truly reflects the value given by our beloved state and by our well guided government to this important development in the Aviation industry.
Finally, I wish this website all the best and suceess in fulfinlling the needs and wishes of all it's users.
