Weather Report (6-8) March 2013
Starting Mid Wednesday fresh to strong Southwesterly winds will affect the country resulting in the decrease of visibility to 3KM and less then 3KM in outside areas due to dust and rising dust. With a chance of formation of ,low and medium clouds over the north and the possibility of light rain. In the Evening of Wednesday 6-3-2013 the winds will shift to strong northwesterly with speed ranging 15-25 kts reaching 35kts in the north which will naturally result in the increase of the sea state to 6-9ft reaching 12ft in the north. The shift of wind direction will also result in the decrease of the temperature to it normal averages for this time of the month of march , which the mid 20’s.And this expected to continue to the end of Friday 8-3-2013. The met office urges all citizens and residence of the State of Qatar to take care while planning for this weekend. |
